Vackert hus med 3 sovrum, 3 badrum. Alla rum har luftkonditionering. Stor terrass med täckt grillplats. Fantastisk utsikt över hela Kvarnerbukten och dess öar. Stor pool (42 kvm). Husdjur välkomna mot en extra kostnad på 7 euro per natt. Parkering för 4 bilar. Mycket privat ställning. Šmrika är en lugn by med 2 små livsmedelsbutiker, 3 barer, snabbmatställe och en fantastisk restaurang med hemlagad mat och mycket överkomliga priser. Stora stormarknader i närliggande Crikvenica.

From the moment we arrived, we felt an overwhelming sense of peace and warmth. The house is not only beautifully designed and clean, but it radiates a special kind of positive energy that made us feel instantly at home. The view took our breath away every single day – the sparkling sea in the distance, the serenity of the surroundings We spent hours by the pool, soaking in the sun and simply enjoying the moment. Our two dogs were welcomed with open arms and enjoyed the space just as much as we did, which meant the world to us. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was our wonderful host, Gianna. She is the heart and soul of this place – warm, kind, generous, and genuinely caring. Her hospitality went far beyond our expectations, and her personal touch made us feel not like guests, but like cherished friends. This home is a hidden gem, a perfect retreat for families.
